Located in one of São Paulo’s most prestigious areas, Arbórea is a new residential development that merges contemporary architecture with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. With 28 units ranging from 472 to 1,070 m² and three to four suites each, the building emphasizes integration with nature while offering panoramic, long-lasting views. Thanks to the rotation of floor plans, each apartment enjoys unobstructed perspectives of the Parque do Povo, Marginal Pinheiros, and the Itaim neighborhood. This architectural strategy enhances daylight, protects views from future developments, and adds value for a high-end audience.
Designed for a leading local developer, the project brings innovation and a strong urban connection. The rotated layouts ensure that every unit benefits from unique visual angles, reinforcing the dialogue between interior and exterior. The result is bright, fluid interiors where the views become a natural extension of the living space.
Landscaping plays a key role across the project—from the sidewalk to the building’s facades. Vertical gardens and generous terraces interact with glass and dark materials, highlighting the surrounding greenery. Structural boldness is seen in expansive private balconies, designed for flexibility and comfortable outdoor living.
The common areas continue this emphasis on spatial richness. The mezzanine and ground floor offer indoor heated pools (lap, children’s, and ice baths), sauna, massage and beauty rooms, jacuzzi, and a pilates studio. Tennis and beach tennis courts complement wellness-focused amenities, while coworking areas, a party lounge, and a playroom overlooking internal gardens support both productivity and leisure.
Functionality is also prioritized in the underground levels, where 95% of parking spaces are non-tandem, distributed across three basement floors. Two social elevators enhance resident comfort.
Just 75 meters from Parque do Povo and less than a kilometer from JK Iguatemi, Arbórea seamlessly unites urban convenience and natural serenity. With its distinctive layout rotation and thoughtful design, the project delivers architectural originality, long-term value, and a deeply human residential experience.
